归芪乌鸡汤
材料:乌鸡1只、当归10克、黄芪20克、香菇30克,葱姜适量。
做法:
1.将乌鸡放进温水里,加入料酒用大火煮,待锅开后捞出乌鸡。
2.把焯过的乌鸡放入有温水的砂锅里,再将葱片、姜片、香菇片以及当归、黄芪一起放入锅中,加适量的盐,用大火煮。
3.待开锅后改用小火炖,一个小时后开盖儿加入适量的白胡椒粉和鸡精粉,即可食用了。
